1. Marinate pork with salt, pepper and chopped rosemary. Followed by olive oil and leave for 10-15 minutes.
2. Fried Cabbage in olive oil for a little until gets color and cooked. Season with salt, pepper.
3. Roast Pork on the grill pan about 5-6 minutes on each side and just once. 4. Serve pork steak with stars cabbage and waldorf salad.


When you’re roasting pork, if you get color you want already but it’s still not cooked inside, just keep baking for 5 minutes more at 180 degrees.
