Apple Jelly - Today we bring fresh apple to make a jelly cup. Sweetness of the jelly and the sour apple goes very well together. Let serve yourself with apple jelly at home. It’s delicious and non-fat dessert. Serve cool in a hot day.

Apple Jelly - Today we bring fresh apple to make a jelly cup. Sweetness of the jelly and the sour apple goes very well together. Let serve yourself with apple jelly at home. It’s delicious and non-fat dessert. Serve cool in a hot day.
For 6: Apples
Duration : 40 minutes

1. 6 Red apples (middle size + 12 tiny apples)
2. 310 ml. Apples juice
3. Gelatin powder 5 grams (2 Tsp.)
4. 8 Gelatin sheets (14 grams)
5. 190 ml. Water
6. 3 Tsp. Lemon juice
7. Red food coloring
8. 1/2 Lemon skin
1. Wash apples thoroughly.
2. Slice apples into 2 parts (the lid and the cup)
3. Put in salted water orน้ำที่ผสมกรด such as lime juice or vinegar to prevent fruit change to black.
4. Make a cup by cut in round shape. And scoop the fruit in the middle out.
5. Now you will get apple cup. (**put in salted water right away).
6. Make jelly by pouring water and apple juice in a pot together. Boil until boiling.
7. Remove from the stove and add jelly powder down. Bring back to heat until boiling.
8. Soak gelatin sheets in water until soft.
9. When boiled, remove from the stove.
10. Add gelatin, lemon juice, lemon skin and stir to combine until gelatin dissolves.
11.  Put in the apple cup that you’ve prepared first.
12. Set aside in the refrigerator.  Serve cool.
