Duration : Preparing 20 minutes + Cooking for 10 minutes + Stewing 1 hour
For 2 persons

1. 300 grams Chicken
2. 15 grams Dried longan 
3.15 grams Dried chestnut
4. 1 Tbsp. Peeled garlic
5.  5 Coriander roots
6. 5 Sliced ginger
7. 1 Tbsp. Kao-Kee
8. 1/4 cup Huay Sua
9. 1 Tbsp. Pepper
10. 2 Tsp. Dark soy sauce
11. 2 Tbsp. Seasoning sauce
12. 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
13. 10 cups Broth
14. 1 stalk Coriander leaves
1. The prepared soup pot. Put the chicken down.
2. Add coriander root, garlic, pepper, ginger, Kao-Kee, Huay Sua, dried longan and dried chestnuts.
3. Season withsoy sauce, dark soy sauce, seasoning sauce.
4. Heat over low heat and mix them together. Always spoon the bubble out. Then taste again and put in a bowl.
5. Sprinkle with ground pepper and coriander leaves.


1. Stew with low heat, the flavor will sweet and mellow thoroughly.
2. Flavor again when the water begins dry out (you can add 1 cup broth down if it’s too intense).
