Prepare : 15 minutes + Cook : 20 minutes
For 2 person

1. 8 pieces of white tofu
2. 1 cup of chopped shrimp
3. 1/2 cup of bell pepper
4. 1 spring onion
5. 1 Tbsp. of tapioca flour
6. 1 cup of soup
7. 1 Tsp. of seasoning powder (without MSG)
8. 1 Tsp. of sugar
9. 1/2 Tsp. of salt
10. 1 Tbsp. of vinegar
11. 2 Tbsp. of ketchup
12. 1 Tsp. of pepper

1. Chop tofu for 1x1 inch but don’t let them cut (see in clip).
2. Mold chopped shrimp and filled them into chopped tofu.
3. Warm the pan with low heat and roast filled tofu.
4. Warm the pan and pour oil in. After that put pepper , spring onion and stir them. After that seasoning with sugar , seasoning powder , vinegar m ketchup , salt and pepper. Fry them together.
5. Mix tapioca flour with water and stir them together. After that put them into the pan.
6. Ready to serve.


Use the hard tofu for this menu. Because it will easy to filled shrimp inside.
