For  2 -3 person

1. 3 White eggs
2. 1 Tofu
3. 1/4 cup of Milk
4. 1/2 cup Broth
5. 1 Tsp. Sugar
6. 1 Tsp. Salt

Dressing sauce
1. 2 Steamed crabs
2. 1/2 cup Crab fats (steamed)
3. 1 cup Broth
4. 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
5. 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
6. 1/2 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
7. 1/2 Tbsp. ginger (finely chopped)
8. 1/2 Tbsp. Tapioca flour
9. 1/2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil

1. Add white egg, soup, fresh milk, sugar, salt, tofu and mix together in a mixing bowl until smooth.
2. Steam in a steaming pot 10 - 15 minutes until cooked.
3 Heat the pan. Add oil, soup,  chopped ginger and stir together.
4. Season with soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce and taste.
5. Put the crab meat, crab fat or egg crabs and stirs to combine. When boil, add tapioca flour (dissolve with water) and stir thoroughly until boil for about 5 minutes.  Remove out of the oven.
6. Bring the sauce top on steamed tofu. Ready to serve.


1. Choose fresh- clean crab meat. Then steam and tear crab meat, egg. Or you can buy it.
2. Crab fat has not much in the crab. So you can use crab eggs to cook instead.
