For 1 piece
Cooking time : bake 40 minutes + mold 20 minutes + knead 15 minutes = 1.15 hour

1. 400 grams bread flour
2. 1/2 Tsp. Salt
3. 1 Tsp. Sugar

5. 240 ml. Water
6. Oil
7. Food coloring
8. 1 White egg
1. Bake at 130-135 degrees.
2. Mix bread flour, salt, sugar, vanilla together in a mixing bowl.
3. Mix to combine.
4. Pour water down and knead until smooth.
5. You can pour more water in the dough if it is too stiff.
6. Separate and wrap with plastic wrap.
7. Mix food coloring as you like.
8. Mold Kra-tong. Start with base of Kra-tong.
9. When finish molding, brush with white egg and bake for 30-50 minutes.
10. Set aside to cool on wire rack.
