4. 1 Tsp. Chopped garlic
5. 5 small pieces Black fungus
6. 5-8 Sweet pea (cut)

1. Use only fish meat (or with sauce just a little). Soak vermicelli in water for 10 minutes. Then cut half and drain. Trim mushrooms and boiled sweet peas.  Cut into piece and set aside.
2.  Heat a frying pan. Add oil just a little. Put the egg down and stir until 80% cook. Set aside.
