1. Rinse the fish with water and absorb with paper gently. Then cut the fish.
2. Heat the pan and add oil. Use medium heat to fry. Coat the fish in crispy flour in hot oil.Fry until golden crispy. Then drain the oil and set aside. Do the same with kaffir lime leaves. However, kaffir lime leaves can cook much easier. But in a hot oil only.
