1. 120 grams Smoked bacon (Lardon)
2. 1 handful Watercress salad
3. 1-2 Goat pepper
4. 1-2 Kaffir lime leaves
5. 1 cup of Panang curry paste
6. 1/2 cup of Mozzarella cheese

1. Heat the pan. Then season bacon with pepper on both sides. Then grill on the pan without the oil. Grill until brown on both sides and set aside.
2. Add Panang curry paste in the same pan which already has bacon oil in the pan. Simmer and season the taste as you like. 
3. Serve on the dish. Add Panange sauce and bacon down. Then arrange with watercress salad. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese, kaffir lime leaves and red goat pepper.
