Cooking time : 25 minutes

1. 1 Chicken hip
2. 1 cup Fried flour 
3. Oil (for frying)
4. Salt and pepper

1. 4 Tbsp. Shoyu 
2. 1 Tbsp. Mirin
3. 1 Tbsp. Sake
4. 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
5. 1 Tbsp. Tomato sauce 
6. 3 Tbsp. Sugar
7. Ginger 2 pieces
8. 2 Tbsp. Tapioca flour (dissolved in water)

1. Rinse beef before cooking. Then sprinkle with salt and just a little pepper.
2. Coat chicken with crispy flour and fry until golden crispy. 
3. Pour all ingredients into the pot and stir together. Then heat to boil. Put tapioca flour (dissolve with water) and wait until thick just right. 
4. Cut chicken into pieces, then topped with sauce. Sprinkle with spring onion and ready to serve.
