For 1 person
Cooking time: 30 minutes

1. 1 cup Cooked Japanese rice
2. 1 cup Dried fish broth
3. 1/4 Sliced onion
4. 2 Spring onion
5. 1 Tbsp. Shoyu
6. 1 Tbsp. Mirin
7.  1 Egg

Fried fish
1. Sea bass
2. Wheat flour (for coating and fried)
3. Eggs (for coating and fried)
 4. Breadcrumb
5. Salt and pepper (just a little)

1. 2 1/2 Tbsp. Tonkatsu sauce
2. 1 Tbsp. Shoyu 
3. 1 Tbsp. Mirin 
4. 2 Tbsp. Tomato sauce
5. 1 Tbsp. Sake
1. Marinate fish with salt and pepper. Then coat wheat flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Fry until golden crispy and set aside.
2. Heat oil in the pan. Add oil, onion and fry until cook. Then add dried fish soup, Shoyu, mirin. Sprinkle with spring onion and wait until boiling before put egg down over low heat. Cover and wait until egg cook, then put on the sushi rice.
3. Make the sauce - Heat the pan, add oil, shoyu, tomato sauce, mirin and stir until boiling. Turn off the heat.
4. Topped rice with steamed egg on fried fish. And pour sauce down. Ready to serve.
