1. 500 g. Pork Tenderloin
2. 2 Stalks of Coriander
3. 7 Large Clove Garlic
4. 1 Tbsp. Five-Spice Powder
5. 1 Cup of Sugar
6. 1/2 Cup of Sauce
7. 1 Tsp. Pepper
8.  1 Tsp. Red Food Coloring

1. Pound coriander roots and garlic. Set aside.
2. Use a fork to stab all over the pork.
3. Pour sugar, fish sauce, pepper, spices and food coloring into the mixing bowl and stir it all together.
4.  Add garlic, coriander and pork. Mix ingredients with hand to make ingredients absorbed into the roasted pork. Marinate at least 2 hours.
5. Bake roasted pork in the oven at 200 degrees about 40 minutes. Serve on the plate
