Preserved Egg Tofu (Tao Hu Kai Yiaew Ma) - Preserved egg or we know as Pitan. It is duck egg that use red color spread on them. Chinese people believes that preserved egg is cold property and if we cook them with tofu so we will got “Cold Order” that very famous in Beijing.

Prepare 20 minutes , Cook 15 minutes
For 2-3 person

1. 2 preserved eggs
2. 1 pack of tofu
3. 1 Tbsp. of sliced spring onion
4. 3-4 coriander leaves
5. 1/2 Tbsp. of sugar
6. 1 Tbsp. of red chili
7. 1/2 Tbsp. of Chinese vinegar
8. 1/4 cup of sesame oil
9. 2 Tbsp. of soup
1. Cut preserved for bite size.
2. Slice tofu for 3 pieces for the same size and steam them for 5 minutes. Take them in to refrigerator  for 20 minutes.
3. After that take them out and decorate them on dish.
4. Mix sugar , Chinese vinegar , sesame oil , sliced spring onion and coriander leaves together. Add some soup.
5. Dress them on the tofu with red chili and sliced spring onion and ready to serve.

Ingredient of Preserved Egg Tofu (Tao Hu Kai Yiaew Ma)

1. 2 preserved eggs
2. 1 pack of tofu
3. 1 Tbsp. of sliced spring onion
4. 3-4 coriander leaves
5. 1/2 Tbsp. of sugar
6. 1 Tbsp. of red chili
7. 1/2 Tbsp. of Chinese vinegar
8. 1/4 cup of sesame oil
9. 2 Tbsp. of soup

How to Cook Preserved Egg Tofu (Tao Hu Kai Yiaew Ma)
