1. 1/2 Tsp. Salt
2. 2 Tbsp. Sugar
3. 3 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
4. 100 grams Shrimp

1. Pound pepper, garlic, coriander root together. And set aside

4. Add food coloring down. Season with sugar, slat, Kaffir lime leave. Then fry together with sugar and salt.
5. Serve sticky wice and topped with coconut milk. Ready to eat.
