Coconut Cake (Cake Ma Prao Aon) - Soft cake stuffed with coconut. Garnish with light coconut cream. Special for those who like soft and fluffy cake ^ ^.
For 2 ponds
cooking time : 1.30 hour

1. 90 grams Cake flour
2. 1/2 Tsp. Baking powder
3. 75 grams Sugar
4.  3 Eggs
5. 20 grams Ovalet
6. 1 Tsp. Vanilla butter
7. 80 ml. Coconut cream
8. 250 ml. Whipping cream
9. 50 ml. Coconut cream
10. 350 grams Coconut

1. Warm the oven qt 175 degrees.
2. Make cake by sift cake flour with baking powder.
3. Put sifted mixture with sugar, egg and vanilla.
4. Stir the mixture until well combined.
5. Add Ovalet.
6. Mix with high speed for 5 minute. 
7. Press stop and add coconut cream. Stir the mixture.
8. Pour into cake mold 1-2 ponds.
9. Put oven 30-35 minutes.
10. When cook, remove cake from the mold. Set aside on wire rack.
11.  Make cream- Mix whipping cream together with coconut milk.
12. Slice cake 2-3 layers.
13. Decorate cake by place the first layer of cake on cake turntable stand.
14. Squeeze cream on top slice. Sprinkle with coconut.
15. If you make 3 layers, do as same like 2nd layer cake.
16. When finish all layers, place the last layer on top and decorate with cream.  Slice cream and decorate with coconut as you like.
