2. 1-2 Long cucumber (small)
3. 1/2 Shallot
4. 5-8 Dried chili

8. 1 Tbsp. Lemon glass
9. 1 Tsp. Cumin
10. 1 Tsp. Shrimp paste
11. 1/2 Tsp. Roasted white pepper
12. 1/2 Tsp. Roasted coriander seed
13. 1/2 Tsp. Roasted nutmeg 
14. 1/2 Tsp. Roasted and grounded nutmeg 
15. 4 measuring cup Coconut milk
16. 4 Tsp. Fish sauce
17. 3 Tsp. Palm sugar
18. 6 Tsp. Tamarind juice

1. Pound curry paste in step 4-14 until finely and set aside.
2. Rinse beef, cut into piece and put in a pot over low heat. Simmer until soft.
3. Heat the pan over medium heat and simmer until coconut milk float up until boiling. Add curry paste and stir until combined. Drain dry beef, add in pot and season with fish sauce, tamarind juice, palm sugar and simmer until thick. Add 1/2 shallot and long cucumber down. Taste and ready to serve.
