4. 3-5 Tbsp. Sechuan chilli sauce

1. Warm water, add salt just a little. Then blanch broccoli until cook and put in the ice right away.

3. Fry shrimp with oil until cook just right. Add Se-Chuan sauce and water from frying broccoli.
