Golden Fried Bass (Pla Ka Pong Tong Kum) - Actually this menu is very common fried menu. But we will make it’s more interest by filled them with things you like. Serve with Thai vodka for completely meal.

For 1 person
Cooking time : 30 minutes

1. 100 grams of chopped shrimp
2. 30 grams of lard
3. 2 pieces of bass
4. 1-2 asparagus
5. half egg white
6. 1 pick of salt
7. 1 pick of pepper
8. 1/4 Tsp. of sugar
9. 1 Tbsp. of sesame oil
10. 3 kinds of bell pepper
11. fried noodle
12. sliced spring onion
13. 3-5 Tbsp. of red vodka sauce
14. egg yolk
15. Flour
16. bread crumb
1. Mix chopped shrimp and lard together. After that seasoning with salt , pepper , sugar , sesame oil and egg white. Add bread crumb for the last and leave in refrigerator.
2. Cut fish for 2 pieces and seasoning with salt , pepper after that put asparagus between piece of fish.
3. Warp them by plastic wrap and put shrimp on them. Flat them and roll for the last (see in clip).
4. After that roll them with flour , egg and bread crumb and fry them.
5.Ready to serve.


Roll them softly , use medium heat. Use wood stick for pierce them to check that they’re done or not.
