Stir-Fried Sweet Snake Head Fish (Khao - Chae Chao Wang’s Side Dish) - This menu is another side dish of ‘Khao - Chae Chao Wang’ You can use ‘Yee - Sok Fish’ or ‘SnakeHead Fish’. The colors look different when finished.  ‘Yee - Sok Fish’ will look more deep brown.

Cooking time:  50 minutes

1. 1 Snake head fish (7000 grams)
2. 1/4 – 1/2 cup of Sugar
3. 1 Tsp. Salt
4. 2 Tbsp. Oil
1. Boil fish with salt until cook. Tear and smash the fish.
2. Fry fish with oil. Add sugar and fry until sticky over low heat.
