Stuffed Sweet Pepper (Prik Yuak Sod Sai) - There are two parts for this menu. First is steamed mixture and another part is wrapping with egg. We recommend using large sweet peppers for this menu.

Cooking time: 45 minutes
For 15 piece

1. 15 Sweet pepper
2. 3 Duck eggs
3. 1 cup Grounded pork
4. 1/4 Minced shrimp
5. 1/3 cup Roast peanut
6. 2 Tsp. Sugar
7. 1 Tsp. Soy sauce
8. 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce
9. 1/4 Tsp. Salt
10. 2 Tsp. Coriander root
11. 2 Tsp. Garlic
12. 1/2 Tsp. Pepper
1. Mix all ingredient together (except sweet pepper, duck egg) Marinate for a while.
2. Rinse sweet pepper. Remove the gut. Soak in saline 10 minutes. Set aside and put in step1 until full. Steam for 5 minutes. Then set aside to cool.
3. Beat 3 eggs, then add 1 teaspoon oil and stir to combine.
4. Warm the pan. Paint oil, and then dip egg with your hand and draw on a pan. When cook, remove from a pan. Wrap sweet pepper with egg sheet beautifully. Then cut and decorate.
