1. 200 grams beef fillet (sliced)
2. 2 Tbsp. Panang Curry Paste
3. 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
4. 250 grams Coconut milk
5. 2 Tbsp. Sugar
6. 2 Tbsp. Fish Sauce 
7. 1/2 Cup Chopped Pea Eggplant 
8. 2 Goat Peppers (cut oblique)
9. 5 kaffir lime leaves
1. Stir spices with oil over low heat about 1minute. Then add the coconut milk and Stir until boiling.
2. Add the beef, then season with fish sauce and sugar.
3. When meat is cooked well. Add eggplant, goat peppers and kaffir lime leaves. Stir for a few minute. Put in a bowl, then sprinkle with coconut milk before serving.
