Tonkatsu Salad - when smell of Japanese food blended with the West food by Thai cooking style, the simply delicious can be occurred in your kitchen.

Tonkatsu Salad - when smell of Japanese food blended with the West food by Thai cooking style, the simply delicious can be occurred in your kitchen.
1. 1 Piece of Pork Loin Steak
2. Flour
3. Egg
4. Breadcrumb
5. Tonkatsu Sauce 
6. Salt and Pepper
7. Fried Herb Salad
8. Mashed Potato
9. Shrimp Egg
1. Season pork with salt, pepper on both sides, then covered with egg and breadcrumb. Set aside.
2. Set the oil and fried pork until it crispy. Dry the oil out.
3. Put all vegetable, mashed potato on the dish. Then cut Tongkatsu into pieces and place over mashed potato. Dressing with Tongkatsu sauce, garnish with shrimp eggs. You’re done. Ready to eat.


Fry pork just only 3 minutes in hot oil. And do not fry too long. Then put up to set aside. (wet oil can make pork continue cook)

How to Cook Tonkatsu Salad
