1. 100 grams Salmon
2. 10 grams Spring onion
3. 10 grams Chopped coriander
4. 50 grams Golden Needle mushroom
5. Salt, Pepper

2. 1 Tbsp. Chopped ginger
3. 1 Tbsp. Chopped galangal
4. 4 Fresh Kaffir Lime Leave
5. 1 Tbsp. Lemon glass
6. 4-5 Chillies
7. 2 Tbsp. Fish sauce
8. 2 Tbsp. Fish sauce
9. 1 Tsp. Sugar
1. Sprinkle salt, pepper and grill until cook. Then cut into piece and set aside.
2. Sprinkle salt, pepper on golden needle mushroom. Set aside. 
3. Mix all ingredients together. Then mix grilled salmon with mushroom. Arrange on the dish. Sprinkle with spring onion, coriander and ready to serve.
