Cooking time: 20 minutes

1. 1/2 kg. Chinese cabbage
2. 200 grams Pork bone
3. 3 Shallots
4. 8 Thai cloves Garlic
5. 1 Dried Fermented Soy Bean
6. 1 Tsp. Grilled shrimp paste
7. 1 Tbsp. Tamarind juice
8. 3 Roasted chilies
9. 4 cups Water
10. 1 Tsp. Water

1. Heat the pan, add salt, pork bone and boil again until pork soft. Keep spoon the bubble put. Simmer at least 30 minutes. 
2. Pound ingredient 3-6 together. Then add in soup. Turn to medium heat, add Chinese cabbage. Then season with tamarind juice for nice smell. Add roasted chili for more spicy taste as you like.
