For 1-3 person
Cooking time: 30 minutes

1.  1 plate flower
2. 3-5 Cha Plu Leave
3. 1 cup Crispy flour
4. 1/4 Minced pork
5. 1/4 cup Squid
6. 6-8 Shrimp
7. 1 Tbsp. Cashew nut
8. 3 Tbsp. Roasted chili paste
9. 2 Tbsp. Tamarind juice
10. 2 Tbsp. Fish sauce
11. 1/4 cup Coconut milk
12. 2 Tbsp Spring onion
13. 1 Tbsp Onion
1. Spicy dressing sauce- Warm the pan, add oil and fry until pork cook. Follow with shrimp and squid. Stir a bit and add ingredient 8-11. Taste and set aside to cool. Then put shallot, spring onion and mix to combine.
2. Mix crispy flour with cold water. Then coat vegetable and fry over medium heat until crispy. Ready to eat.
