Cooking time: 40 minutes

1. 5 Chicken wing
2. 2 Mush rooms
3. 10-15 Chestnut
4. 1 Clove garlic
5. Salt, pepper, Chinese liquor
6. Corn oil

9.1 Tsp. Custard flour

10. 2 cloves Garlic
11. 3 Goat pepper (Green , Red , Yellow)
12. 1 cup Red brown sauce
13. 1/2 cup Soup
14. 1 Tbsp. Chinese liquor
15. Corn oil
1. Fry chestnut with garlic, mushroom until cook. Season with salt, pepper. Add Chinese wine and fry until dry out. Set aside.
2. Separate chicken wing into 2 part. Top wing (tulip), remove bone from the middle wing. Put the filling into chicken and sew it. Season chicken with salt, pepper and mix fried flour, custard flour. Fry  in oil over medium heat until crispy. Set aside.
3. Warm the pan, add oil, bell pepper. Add Chinese wine and wait until bell pepper cook 50%, add brown sauce and broth down. Add fried chicken and mix thoroughly with chicken. Fry until sauce dry out. Place below with kale or serve in Aluminum Floyd that can make like basket shape.
