3. 1/2 Tsp. seasoning sauce

6. 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
7. 5 Tbsp. Chicken broth
8. Corn oil
9. Grounded pepper
10. Sliced ginger
11. 1/2 cup Liquor (for boiling fish maw)

1. Boil water with ginger and wait until boiling. Add fish maw and wait until boiling. Add Chinese liquor and stir until fish maw soft. Set aside.
