1. 100 grams Risotto
2. 1 Tsp. Squid
3. 1 handful Parmesan cheese
4. 70 grams Squid
5. 1/2 Tsp. Lemon skin
6. 2-3 Sliced Radish
7. 1/2 cup Cream
8. 1 Tbsp. Butter
9. 1 bunch Watercress
10. 1 handful Bread crumb
1. Heat the pan, season with squid, salt, pepper and olive oil. Add squid and grill on a pan. Set aside.
2. Add stock and risotto. Stir until rice cook. Add cream, cheese, butter, pepper and squid.
3. Serve risotto with grilled squid. Decorate with watercress, lemon skin, Japanese radish and sprinkle with bread crumb. Ready to serve.
