Taro rice (Khao Aob Puek) - Taro rice is not difficult to make at all. Mix rice with taro and spices such as pork, shrimp, Chinese sausage, mushrooms and many spices. Cook rice until smooth and you’ll get hot delicious taro rice.

Taro rice (Khao Aob Puek) - Taro rice is not difficult to make at all. Mix rice with taro and spices such as pork, shrimp, Chinese sausage, mushrooms and many spices. Cook rice until smooth and you’ll get hot delicious taro rice.
1. 1 Head Taro
2. 100 g. Pork Neck Beef100 gram (slides)
3. 8 Peel Shrimp
4. 2 Chinese Sausage 
5. 3 Cups of Jasmine Rice
6. 5 Soak Mushrooms 
7. 3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
8. 2 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
9. 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
10. 1 Tbsp. Sugar 
11. 3 Tbsp. Sesame Oil 
12. 1 Tsp. Pepper 
13. 1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
1. Peel the taro head.  Cut into pieces 2 cm. thick rectangular
2. Slice 1 cm. thick sausage (cut-East).
3.  Squeeze the water out from the mushrooms (portion out mushroom for cook rice) cut off stalk and slice mushrooms in a long line.
4. Fry sausage with oil. Fill mushroom, minced garlic, pork and shrimp. Stir well together.
5. Season with oyster sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar and pepper. Then add rice and fry 
6. to combine. Finally, add taro and mix thoroughly together.
7. Put the fried rice in a rice cooker. Add mushroom soaking water down on it.
(Spread rice smoothly and pour water above the rice about 1 inch. And stir again before cook.)
8. Stir rice well first before serving. Ready to serve.
