1. 200 grams Beef
2. 1 Thai whisky
3. 1 Tbsp. Cooking sauce
4. 1 Tsp. Palm sugar

2. Frying rice - Start with high heat. Add oil and fry until egg cook 80%, then top on steamed rice. Cut beef into small piece and fry with oil just a  little in a same frying pan. Add garlic and stir until fragrant, then put eggs and rice and stir together about 1 minute. Before serving, sprinkle with spring onion and mix together. Serve with fried egg, lemon and cucumber (optional)
