2. 1 Galangal
3. 1 Lemongrass
4. 2-3 Kaffir Lime Leave
5. 1/4 cup Fish sauce
6. 2-3 of cup Water

1. Boil water over high heat. Pound galangal, lemongrass into the pot. Add fish sauce, kaffir lime leave, chicken and low the heat down. Boil about 20-25 minutes.
