1. 5-8 Pork liver
2. 1/2 cup Milk
3. 1 Tsp. Pepper
4. 1 Tbsp. Chopped ginger
5. Flat noodle (For 1 person)
6. 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
7. 1 Chinese mustard green
8. 2 Tsp. Chopped garlic
9. 1 Tsp. Black soy sauce
10. 1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce

1. Marinate liver with fresh milk. And then marinate with soy sauce or oyster sauce for 1-2 hours.
2. Blanch Chinese mustard green for 5-10 seconds. Put salt and set aside.
