For 1-2 person
Cooking time : 10-15 minutes
1. 4-5 Newzeland mussel
2. 100 ml. White wine
3. 100 ml. Cream
4. 1 Tbsp. Chopped onion
5. 1 Tsp. Chopped garlic
6. 1 bunch Thyme
7. 1 Bayleaf
8. 1 piece Lemon
9. 1 handful Chopped parsley
1. Simmer white wine with onion, garlic, thyme and Bay leaf. Then low the heat.
2. Add cream and turn to medium heat. Then put muzzle and close the lid for about 1-2 person.
3. Add lemon juice and parsley. Then put salt, pepper and ready to serve.
