1. 300 grams Sea cucumber
2. 15 grams Crab meat
3. 3 Chinese garlic
4. 2 Shitake mushrooms
5. 1 Chinese Angelica
6. 3 cups Sharkfin soup
7. 1/2 Tsp. Cooking sauce
8. 1 1/2 Tsp. Soy sauce
9. 1 1/2 Tsp. Oyster sauce
10. 2 Tbsp. Chinese wine
11. Soy sauce
12. Sugar
13. Grounded pepper
14. Tapioca (dissolved with water)
15. Corn oil

1. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar together and set aside.
2. Heat oil and garlic on the stove. Then remove garlic.
3. In the same pan, fry mushrooms in the oil. Then add shitake mushroom, sea cucumber and seasoning with sauce (step1).
4. Put sea cucumber in shark fin soup. Then boil Chinese Angelica over low heat. 
5. Wait until sea cucumber soft. Then put in a bowl and set aside.
