Cooking time: 30 minutes

1. 200 grams Grains
2. 100 grams Nuts
3. 170 grams Fruit
4. 1 Lemon
5. 1/2 cup Corn syrup

8. 100 grams Peanut butter
9. 3 Tbsp. Milk powder

1. Mix dried fruit, nuts, grains together and  set aside.
2. Put corn syrup, sugar and honey in a pot and bring to a boil until boiling.
