For 20 person
cooking time: 1.30 hour

1. 200 grams Bread flour
2. 1 1/2 Tsp. Yeast
3. 3 Tbsp. Sugar
4. 2 Tbsp. Milk powder
5. 120 ml. Fresh milk
6. 45 grams Unsalted butter
7. 1/4 Tsp. Salt
8. 200 grams Stirred red bean
9. 1 Tbsp. Black sesame

Painting Bread
1. Egg
2. 2 Tbsp. Water
3. 20 grams Unsalted butter
1. Heated oven at 175 degrees. 
2. Mix bread flour, yeast, milk powder, sugar together
3. Gradually pour milk in a mixing bowl.
4. Knead until well combined. Then put butter.
5. Knead until the dough smooth.
6. Paint butter in a mixing bowl and on the surface of dough.
7. Wrap with plastic wrap and set aside the dough for 45-60 minutes.
8. Push the air out. And knead for 2 minutes more.
9. Cut the dough about 30 grams.
10. Mold the dough into a ball. Spread the dough and wrap red bean paste tightly.
11. Press the dough and cut the dough into 8 cloves.
12. Twist each clove and press a bit. 
13. Set aside the dough 20 minutes before put in the oven.
14. Paint the dough with egg (mix with water) and sprinkle with black sesame in the middle.
15. Bake at 175 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
16. Remove from the oven and paint with unsalted butter.
