Cooking time: 1.15 hour

1. 500 grams Bread flour
2. 40 grams Sugar
3. 100 grams Milk powder
4. 10 grams Yeast
5. 300 ml. Frsh milk
6. 1 Egg
7. 70 grams Salted butter

1. Heat the oven at 175 degrees.
2. Add bread crumb, milk powder, sugar, yeast in a food blending bowl.
3. Put egg, milk, butter (room temperature).
4. Knead with medium-high speed until smooth about 15 minutes.
5. Put in a mixing bowl and wrap with plastic wrap for 30 minutes.
