1. 150 grams Whole wheat bread
2. 130 grams All purpose flour
3. 11 grams Yeast
4. 30 grams Water
5. 100 grams Honey
6. 1 Egg
7. 1/2 Tbsp. Salt
8. 75 grams Fresh butter
9. 160 grams Fresh milk
10. White butter (for paint mold)
11. 1/4 Tsp. Sugar

1. Divide 3 tbsp. Warm water. Add sugar, yeast and stir again. Set aside for 10 minutes until has bubble on the surface.
2. Pour warm water into the bowl. Add egg, salt, honey, fresh milk and stir well to combine.  Then add flour and mix well together (mixture 2).
 3. Put the mixture 1 into mixture 2. Then mix to combine together.
4. Put butter and mix together.
5. Pour all mixture and beat at medium speed for about 30 minutes.

9. Bake at 190 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
10. Bake the bread and remove from a mold. Set aside to cool on wire rack. Cut into piece and ready to serve.
