For 9-10 pieces
Cooking time: 3 hours

1. 130 grams Whole wheat
2. 110 grams All purpose flour
3. 8 grams Yeast
4. 35 grams Water
5. 65 grams Honey
6. 1 Egg
7. 1/2 Tsp. Salt
8. 50 grams Fresh butter
9. 120 grams Fresh milk
10. White butter (for paint the mold)
11. Sugar (for test yeast)

Filling (Spinach and cheese)
1. 150 grams Spinach
2. 1 1/2 Tbsp. Fresh butter
3. 50 grams Chopped onion
4. 200 grams Fresh milk
5. 2 Tbsp. All purpose flour
6. 2 Cheese
7. 1/2 Tsp. Grounded pepper
1. Divide warm water (2 tbsp.) Add sugar just a little. Keep stirring and set aside for 10 minutes (Mixture1).
2. Pour the remaining warm water into a mixing bowl. Put egg, honey, fresh milk. Then stir to combine (Mixture2).
3. Put the mixture 1 into the mixture 2, then mix to combine together.
4. Put butter prepared to mix it together.
5. Pour mixture into blender. Then beat well at medium speed - high speed for about 20-25 minutes. 
6. Remove flour from a mold and set aside for 1 hour.
7 . During set aside the dough. Stir the spinach and cheese filling .
7.1 Put the butter in a pan, then add chopped onions and stir fry until cooked.
7.2 Add all purpose flour and gradually add milk into small increments. And keep stirring.
7.3 Put the boiled spinach and stir to combine. Then stir together with grounded pepper. 
7.4 Put cheese into and stir well to combine. Set aside.
8. Punch the dough to push the air out. Or knead the dough .
9. Cut the dough into small piece equally about 30-40 grams. And set aside for another 10-15 minutes.
10. Roll the dough and put the filling in the middle. Wrap and set aside the dough again for about 30-40 minutes.
11. Bake at 180 degrees for about 15-17 minutes.
12. Baked bread until cook and set aside on the wire rack. Set aside to cool and ready to serve.
