1. 100 grams of Shark Fin
2. Soaked Mushrooms
3. 2 stalks of spring onion (cut into pieces)
4. 1 kg. pork spine
5. 1 Chicken Bone
6. 3 Tbsp. Starch
7. Pepper
8. 4 Pieces Ginger (cut in glass)
9. 50 g. Cooked Steamed Crab Meat
10. 1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
11. 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
12. 6 Tbsp. Chinese Wine (divided into 2 parts)

1. Boil chicken and pork bone. When the soup boiled, low the heat and boil again for 3 hrs. to get a concentrated broth. Set aside.
2. Boil shark fin in high attitude boiling, add ginger, spring onion and Chinese wine on it. When the water boiled, low the heat down and continually boil for 30 minutes. Then, drop out water, spring onion and ginger. Add water in a pot and boil it again until Shark Fin soft.  
3. After 3 hours of boiling broth, heat the soup to boil. Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce and Chinese wine. Mix it all together. Then add shark fin and mushrooms.
4. When the broth boils again, dissolve the starch with water. Then, gradually add in the soup and stir them well.
5. Serve with crab meat on top. Sprinkle with pepper and coriander. Ready to eat.
