Cooking time: 20 minutes

1. 100 grams Fresh tuna
2. 1 Tbsp. Spring onion
3. 1 Tbsp. Tabiko
4. 1 Tbsp. Boiled egg
5. Japanese seaweed
6. Salad vegetables

Salad dressing
1. 3 Tbsp. Shoyu
2. 2 Tbsp. Mirin
3. 1 Tbsp. Sake
4. 1 Tbsp. Wasabi
5. 1/2 Tsp. Sugar
6. 1 Tsp. Olive oil
7. 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
1. Cut tuna into diced.
2. Mix salad dressing well together. Then marinate mackerel with salad dressing for about 10-15 minutes.
3. Cut boiled egg into dice.
4. When 10-15 minutes have passed, mix tuna with chopped spring onion. Then arrange on the dish. Arrange vegetable, boiled egg, mackerel, Japanese seaweed. Topped with tobiko and salad dressing sauce. Ready to serve.

How to Cook Tuna Tartare
