For 1 person
Cooking time : 15 minutes

1. 1 pack Instant noodle
2. 1 Egg
3. 1 Seaweed
4. 1 Tbsp. Shrimp fat
5. 5-7 pieces of Shrimp head
6. 1-2 leaf of Cha Plu leaf
7. 1 Tbsp. Spring onion
8. 2-3 pieces Sausages
9. 1/2 cup of Fried flour
10. Oil
1. Roll fat shrimp out from shrimp head and keep the leg. Mix with the flour slightly and fry over medium heat until golden crisp. Coat Cha Plu leaves with the flour (using the same flour mixed with water). Fry until golden crisp.
2. Blanch noodle until soft. Then rinse through cold water and heat it. Drain and set aside.
3. Before stir the boiling water and turn off the light. Add eggs to soak them for 8-9 minutes. Topped with poached egg (put 1-2 tsp. tapioca flour).
4. Fry noodle over medium heat with a little oil. Followed by shrimp fat, noodle and fry with the sausage until well cooked. Turn off stove and season. Served with eggs, seaweed , fried shrimp heads and Cha Plu leaves.

Ingredient of Fried Noodle with Shrimp paste and Soft Boiled Egg (Ba Mee Hang Mun Kai Luag)

1. 1 pack Instant noodle
2. 1 Egg

How to Cook Fried Noodle with Shrimp paste and Soft Boiled Egg (Ba Mee Hang Mun Kai Luag)
