cooking time: 5 minutes

1. 15 pieces Chicken (1 inch thick)
2. 3 Tbsp. chopped ginger
3. 8 Black mushrooms
4. 1 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
5. 1/2 chopped Onion
6. 1 Chopped spring onion
7. 1 Red goat pepper
8. 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
9. 2 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
10. 1 Tsp. Sugar
11. 2 Tsp. White salted soya bean
1. Stir-fry chicken over medium heat with 2 tablespoons oil until chicken is almost cooked and starts to turn to white or yellow (not more than 30 seconds).
2. Add minced garlic, onion , onion,  ginger and salted soya bean at last. Fry for another 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Season with soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce with red goat pepper and spring onion. Ready to serve.
