For 1-2 person
cooking time: 1 hour

1. 1-2 Chicken bust
2. 3-5 Chicken feets
3. 1 Boiled egg
4. 1 cup Chocolate powder
5. 1 Cinnamon
6. 3-5 Star anise
7. 1 Tsp. Black pepper
8. 2 Coriander roots
9. 2 Tsp. Chopped garlic
10. 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
11. 2-3 Tbsp. Palm sugar
12. 2 cups of Water
1 . Fry chicken feet in the oil over medium heat until golden brown. Then set aside. (you can mix with flour before frying).
2 . Fry palm sugar in a pan over medium heat. Pour water to help for melt it a little easier . Then simmer until melt as caramel. And set aside.
3. Set another pot over medium heat. Then fry the oil and garlic until fragrant, add water and wait until boil again. Add all remaining ingredients (including palm sugar and chicken feet_ chicken feet). Simmer until chicken is tender. You can pour the water if it start to dry out.
