For 1-2 person
cooking time: 10 minutes

1. 2 Squids
2. 1 handful Noodle
3. 1 Duck egg
4. 1 Lemon
5. 1 handful Bean sprout
6. 1 handful Sa-No flower
7. 1 handful Kui Chai leaf
8. 1 Tbsp. Black bean
9. 1 Tbsp. Shallots
10. 1 Tbsp. Dried shrimp
11. 1 Tbsp. Yellow tofu
12. 1 Tbsp. Chopped sweet radish
13. 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce
14. 1 Tbsp. Grounded pepper
15. 3-4 Tbsp. Pad Thai sauce
16. Olive oil (for grilling)
17. Vegetable oil
1 . Heat the pan and grill squid with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and set aside.
2. In the same pan, add vegetable oil and fry shallots, dried shrimp, tofu and sweet radish together.
3. Add rice noodle with Pad Thai sauce, put egg down and mash them together. Then add bean sprout, Kui Chai leaf and season with fish sauce.
4. Serve on the dish. Decorate with grilled squid, bean sprout, Sa-No flower and slice lemon, grounded pepper and peanuts.  Ready to eat.

How to Cook Calamari Pad Thai (Pad Thai Pla Muek)
