For 4-5 person
Cooking 35-45 minutes

1. 200 grams All purpose flour
2. 100 Unsalted butter
3. 1 Tbsp. Sugar
4. 2 Eggs
5. 1 handful salt
6. 250 ml. Fresh milk
7. 1-2 Corn flour
8. 3-4 Tbsp. Mashed  pumpkin
9. 1-2 Tsp. All spice
10. Chocolate sauce

1. Make tart by mix all purpose flour with butter. Then knead until smooth. Cover with film and set aside for a moment.
2.  Roll the dough and put on a tray. Bake at 180 degrees until tart change to golden brown.
3 . Make filling – Heat milk . And beat egg with sugar, cornstarch . Then slowly pour the milk into the mixture slowly. Gradually beat the eggs not overcooked. Add mashed pumpkin with all spices. Then pour the mixture back into the pot, heat and beat until thick as custard. Then put into another bowl until cool .
4. Put filling into the tart we prepared. And decorate with chocolate sauce. Ready to serve on Halloween!
