For 1 person
cooking time: 10 minutes

1. Noodle (for 1 person)
2. 5 Fish
3. 5 Dried roasted chili
4. 3 Shallots
5. 3 Pounded Ginger
6. 5 Pounded Lemongrass
7. 3 Kaffir lime leaves
8. 2 Tbsp. Fish sauce
9. 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
10. 3 Tbsp. Roasted chili paste
11. 2 Tsp. Parsley 
12. 2-3 Tbsp. Fresh milk or Fat shrimp
13.  1 1/2 cup of Water
1. Boil noodles with boiling water not more than 20 seconds. Then bring up and let cold water flow thoroughly. And set aside.
2. Heat the pot. Add roasted dried chili, shallots, galangal, lemon grass, and sweet condensed milk. (Add milk for more thicken). And season with fish sauce and roasted chili paste. Taste and wait until the water boiling again. Gradually add fish (do not stirring) for about 15 seconds.
3. Before turn off the stove, add parsley and kaffir lime leave. Then add in noodle and ready to serve.

Ingredient of Spicy Fish Noodle Soup (Kuay Tieaw Tom Yum Nam Kon)

1. Noodle (for 1 person)
2. 5 Fish

7. 3 Kaffir lime leaves
8. 2 Tbsp. Fish sauce
9. 2 Tbsp. Lime juice

12. 2-3 Tbsp. Fresh milk or Fat shrimp
13. 1 1/2 cup of Water

How to Cook Spicy Fish Noodle Soup (Kuay Tieaw Tom Yum Nam Kon)
