Cooking time: 30 minutes

1. 2 cups of Japanese rice
2. 6-8 Scallops
3. 5 grams Orinji mushroom
4. 3-4 pieces Japanese fried tofu
5. Spring onion
6.2 Tsp. Dashi powder
7. 2 Tbsp. Shoyu
8. 1/2 Tsp. Salt
9. 1/2 Tsp. Sugar
10. 1/2 Tbsp. Sake
11. 1/2 Tbsp. Mirin
12. 2 cups of Water
1.  Mix Shoyu, Dashi powder, salt, sugar, sake, mirin and stir until dissolve. Then steam the Japanese rice in a rice cooker and pour water down.
2. Slice mushrooms into strip. Cut fried tofu, scallops into small pieces and then put into the rice cooker. Steam until cook and mix well together. Sprinkle with spring onion and ready to serve.
