1. Boil chicken first (Boil the water before boiling. Gradually add chicken to pot. Dim the heat, boil for 1 hour)
2. 500 g. Old Jasmine Rice
3. Chicken soup
4. 300 g. Chicken Fat

2. Fry chicken fat until it spit oil out. (Takes about 15 minutes) And drop out chicken waste. Turn off the stove. Then, fry the garlic with low heat until it change to soft yellow.
3. Pour the old rice in a pot. Add salt, fried garlic, chicken stock. Stir them well and cook in a rice cooker 
(1 rice : 1/2 chicken stock)
4. (Sauce) - Add ginger, pepper, garlic, coriander, salted soya beans, black soy sauce, sugar, 1/2 Tbs. salt, vinegar and 1 cup chicken stock. Spin it all together then, bring to boil.
5.  Spoon the cooked rice on plate. Put slice cucumber, chicken blood, chicken liver and chopped chicken on the rice. Finish, can be serve.


You should use the old Jasmine rice to cook rice. Then you’ll get a soft and beautiful grain rice. If use the new jasmine rice, it will too soften.
