Cooking time: 5 minutes

1.  1 pack Instant noodle
2. 1 Egg
3. 2 Tbsp. Tapioca flour
4. 2 Tbsp. Chinese vinegar
5. Meat 
6. 3-5 Mushrooms
7. 1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
8. 2 Tsp. Sugar
9. 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
10. 1 Tbsp. Seasoning sauce 
11. 2 cups of Water
12. 2 Kales
1. Boil instant noodles until almost cooked. Set aside.
2. Heat the pot. Add mushrooms, oyster sauce, onion, soy sauce , sugar, seasoning sauce  and Chinese vinegar. Boil the meat until cook. Then add instant noodle (optional). Wait until water boiling.  Stir water with egg until combine and gradually drops down.
3. Mix tapioca flour with water just a little until dissolve. Add water and stir until sticky. Ready to serve.

How to Cook Brown Sauce Noodle with Shredded Egg (Bamee Namdang Khai Roui)
